After you have been picked up from your hotel in Budapest, you will travel to the medieval town of Szentendre which is also known as the Artists' Village. Here you can walk along the narrow cobbled streets and admire the medieval and Baroque architecture of the town.
You can try some traditional Lángos which is a version of Hungarian flat bread before having some time to yourself to explore the area. You can go shopping or visit one of the many art galleries or the Margit Kovács Ceramic Museum. One of the highlights is the Marzipan and Confectionary Museum where you will find marzipan figures.
From May until the end of September, the group will return to Budapest by boat along the Danube where the tour ends at a pier in the city center.
