After the transfer from the hotel to a typical farm, the cooking class starts with a garden tour to harvest all the fruits and vegetables for the preparation of dishes.
Then you will move on to the kitchen for handling and cooking the raw materials.
Some the traditional dishes are: fresh handmade pasta cut and stuffed like Ravioli Capresi, lasagne, cannelloni, spaghetti, fettuccine scialatielli, Neapolitan Pizza, fresh local fish in various preparations, local meats, fresh vegetables from the garden, caprese with lemon, ricotta and pear cake, tart of the farm, and many other dishes on specific request .
After prepared the courses, you will taste your own job with drinks included.
A book recipes and an attendance certificate will be the souvenir gifts for all the partecipants.
The duration of each course of about 3h and you can choose the time in the morning or in the afternoon in order to match the tasting of the dishes prepared with lunch or dinner.
The cooking class is available with a minimum of 2 up to 8 participants. Groups allowed on request.
